Initial Assessment (55 minutes): $180
Individual Session (55 minutes): $180

We offer private pay services for those who are
uninsured or do not wish to use their health benefits.
Sliding scale pricing available on a limited basis (need and availability).

Payment Process
Payment and/or co-payments for each session is due at the time of the appointment. We accept credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods for your convenience, including HSA cards and accounts. We can easily set you up with an Auto-Pay option through our client portal to simplify payment.

Out-of-Network Billing & Reimbursement
Some individuals may have out-of-network benefits with their insurance. If you are interested in OON billing, you must reach out to your insurance provider prior to establishing services to understand your deductible, and reimbursement options. Superbills are provided upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company directly. We are not able to guarantee reimbursement amounts.
