individual therapy for adults & teens (16+)
In-person services are available in Medford, OR only &
telehealth services are offered to those
located across OR and WA State.
Rates, Insurance &
Out of Network Billing
Initial Assessment (55 minutes): $250
Individual Session (55 minutes): $200
Family/Couples Session (55 minutes): $215
Private pay services available for those who are
uninsured or do not wish to use their health benefits.
I also recognize that insurance is not always available or accessible. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for clients experiencing financial barriers. These offerings are one way I strive to balance meaningful access to care with maintaining a sustainable practice that allows me to continue serving my community.

Payment Process
Payment and/or co-payments for each session is due at the time of the appointment. I accept credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods for your convenience, including HSA cards and accounts. I can easily set you up with an Auto-Pay option through our client portal to simplify payment.
Out-of-Network Billing & Reimbursement
Some individuals may have out-of-network benefits with their insurance. If you are interested in OON billing, you must reach out to your insurance provider prior to establishing services to understand your deductible, and reimbursement options. Superbills are provided upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company directly. We are not able to guarantee reimbursement amounts.
